Easy DIY Stacking Bracelets: Coral and Tube Beaded Bracelet

Hey, friends!  Are you enjoying the Stacking Bracelets series so far?  I hope you saw the Half-Beaded Bracelet and the Love Pearl Bracelet earlier in the week; today we’ll be adding another colorful one, the Coral and Tube Beaded Bracelet!   This is another great project for crafters of all levels, including beginners, because it requires no special tools or wire wrapping skills.

Materials:
– 28 small round beads { you may need more or less depending on the size of the beads and your wrist}
– 4 silver tube beads
– Elastic jewelry cord
– scissors

I picked up these adorable little coral beads from my local craft store a few months ago because I’m kind of obsessed with the color and I knew I’d eventually find something I wanted to do with them.  I knew I could always just string them and make a solid colored bracelet, but I was determined to find a simple way to make it more visually interesting.  That’s when I remembered that I had some tube beads in my stash!

The first step in making this bracelet is to measure your wrist.  Then, cut a piece of elastic cord that is the measurement of your wrist plus four more inches.  This will give you plenty of extra to tie off.  String your beads, alternating sections of colored beads with the silver tubes.  My pattern was 7 beads, 1 tube, 7 beads, 1 tube, and so on, but you can use any pattern you like.  You may want to lay out your pattern before you start to see if it works with your wrist circumference and make any adjustments before you string it.  When you’re finished stringing, tie off the elastic cord.  I usually knot it three or four times, cut the extra ends off, and tuck the knot inside one of my beads to hide it.
