5 Favorite Fall Crafts {Kid-Approved!}

5 Favorite Fall ProjectsSeptember is here, friends, so it won’t be long until we get to enjoy all the things we love best about fall. To celebrate the season, we’ve rounded up five of our all time favorite fall craft projects here at One Artsy Mama. Each of these projects is easy to do and requires only a few basic supplies. While you can certainly create any or all of them yourself, they’re also designed with little helping hands in mind. Kids will love helping to make these projects and there’s plenty they can do all by themselves. For a full step by step tutorial, photos, and supply list for each project, just click on its name. Take a look…

FALL LEAF COASTERS

These coasters literally cost less than $1 to create. Kids will enjoy helping to cut the leaf shapes from tissue paper, then using Mod Podge to seal the deal. They can easily be made in an afternoon and also make a great gift.

MINI FOOTBALL FIELD

It’s football season, so why not celebrate the sport by creating your own mini field? A flower pot, paint, craft sticks, and some grass seed come together to make a decoration that’s unique, fun, and seasonal without being a pumpkin!

PEEKABOO SQUIRREL PUPPET

This little squirrel is the project that keeps on giving…Erin and her second son made this a few years ago, and since then it’s been passed down to both of her younger children who have enjoyed playing with it just as much.

WATERCOLOR RESIST LEAF PAINTING

Budding artists can create a gorgeous fall painting using nothing but basic watercolors and regular Elmer’s glue. This makes a great art class project, or something to do as a family over the weekend.
