Multi-strand Leather Bracelet

I’ve got another quick and easy bracelet for you today, friends!  I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing how simple it is to create statement jewelry using leather and sliding charms.  So far, I’ve shown you how to make cuffs using 10 mm leather and bracelets using 5 mm leather.  Today, I want you to see one of my favorites, a multi-strand bracelet using 2 mm leather cord.  Take a look:

Materials:

Turquoise Gemstone Billiard Slider Charm
2 mm Metallic Pearl White Leather Cord
Extra Small Pewter Magnetic Clasp
– scissors
– jewelry glue

Step 1: Measure your wrist to determine what size you want your bracelet to be.  Remember to consider the fact that the clasp will take up a little bit of extra space.  Then, cut three strands of 2 mm leather cord, all the same size.

Step 2: Feed all three strands into your slider charm and push the charm to the center.

Step 3: Apply a small amount of jewelry glue to the ends of the leather and gently push them into the pieces of the magnetic clasp.

Once the glue is dry, which only takes a few minutes, your bracelet is ready to wear!  I personally loved the color combo of the metallic pearl cord and the turquoise slider, but the different possibilities are endless!  Mix and match any color of leather with any slider to create a bracelet that’s truly one of a kind!  What combinations would you choose?
