Top 10 Thursday!

Friends, can you believe it’s that time of the week again already?  Time to take a look at ten of my {many} favorite projects from last week’s link up!  Here goes…
DIY Rustic Wood Table Cover: Designed by Dawn Nicole
This gorgeousness speaks for itself, but if you want to be really impressed, click through to Dawn’s post and see what the table looked like before the wood cover!  You won’t believe the difference.

Seafood Gnocchi: Eye Heart
Mmm.  Seafood.  Creamy Sauce.  Gnocchi.  I’ll be right over!
Mod Podged Mirror: Clever Nest
You really won’t believe what that gorgeous blue and white pattern on this mirror redo actually is.  Go ahead, take a guess!  Then, click through and see what she used to get this beautiful effect.  You’ll be surprised!

12 Literacy Activities for Preschoolers: Crayon Freckles
As Little Crafter is getting ready for Kindergarten, we’ve been working a lot on reading, sight words, and literacy.  Andie Jaye has compiled a dozen fun and educational activities just for the preschool age group that I think are fantastic…and I think you’ll like them too.
Homemade Thin Mint Oreos: The Friend Collective
Major yumm-o alert!  These look too good to be true!  I wish the Girl Scouts would come to my door with a box of them!
Wax Paper Lantern: Artsy-Fartsy Mama
As soon as LC gets a peek at this fun kiddo craft, I know we’re going to have to make one!
St. Patrick’s Day Wreath: Create Craft Love
Jill always has a knack for festive door decor, and she’s done it again with this fun wreath just in time for St. Patty’s Day!

Table Makeover: Just a Little Creativity
This fabulous makeover, especially the bird silhouette, caught my eye right away.  Isn’t it gorgeous?  Click through to see the original piece…you’ll be doubly impressed when you see how it started out.
Washer Flowers: Do Small Things With Love
What do you do with washers?  Well, if you’re a girl and a crafter, you probably make necklaces.  But what about these adorable flowers?  Nice one, Nancy!
Birthday in a Box: Our Life in a Click
How do you celebrate a 19 year old’s birthday when she’s away at college?  How about this fun idea…a birthday in a box!  This post almost made me tear up as I thought about the fact that someday Little Crafter could be off at college and I wouldn’t get to celebrate his special day with him. Then I remembered that his birthday is in the summer.  Whew. :)

Well, friends, that’s all the features we have time for today…hope you enjoyed them; I sure did!  See you back here at 9PM EST for a brand new Shine on Fridays!  Show us what ya got!

Love the washer flowers!! I teach a craft class at a hardware store and that would be a perfect project. And I really like the lanterns. I just did a melted crayon art but would have been so much better made into lanterns.
