Top 10 Thursday!

Guess what?  I actually got my act together in time to have a regularly scheduled Top 10 Thursday today!  I apologize for not posting any features last week, but to make up for it, here are not just 10, but 15 of my favorite projects from this past week's Shine on Fridays party!

Speaking of parties, I love a good party, don't you?  Many of this week's features will give you some ideas for hosting, decorating, or baking for a party of your own!

MONSTER PARTY: Dixie Delights
Every last detail of this party, from the invitations to the decor to the food to the favors, is just ah-MA-zing.  I had a hard time choosing just one photo to showcase!  If you don't click on any other link today, be sure you click on this one...it's totally TOTALLY pin worthy!

A-B-C Baby Shower: Life With the Hawleys
This shower is such fun...I love the idea of writing a message for mom on a diaper, and the blanket Darby made is too adorable!

Elmo Cake: Third Time's a Charm
I know more than one little person who would flip for this cake!

Sports Graduation Cake: The NY Melrose Family
So original and fun!  I'm loving it!

DIY Barbell for Circus Party: While Wearing Heels
Can you believe this is two rubber balls and a dustpan?

Bridesmaid Tote Bag: Decorating the Dorchester Way
What better party is there than a wedding?  This bride made personalized decorated tote bags for her attendants...what a great gift!  Useful, pretty, fun, personal; I love it!

Here are a few other great projects I enjoyed this week:

Globe Gift for Dad/Grad/Teacher: The Sweetest Memory
I totally saw these little globes in Michaels this week and tried so hard to think of something I could do with them, they're so darn cute!  Problem solved.

Big Books Library Bag: Love and Laundry
I love this bag for so many reasons, but probably most of all because it just makes me laugh.  Ok, fess up, who else has the Sir Mix-A-Lot song running through your head right now?

DIY Striped Tee: for Lauren and Lauren
Spray paint on a t-shirt...genius!

Repurposed CD Mosiac Flowerpot: Make it Easy Crafts
How fun is that?!

Llama Llama Rag Doll: Folk Haven
I'm afraid to let LC see this; he's in love with Llama Llama!

And of course I'd be remiss if I didn't show you a few of the recipes that made my mouth water...

Frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Pie: What's Cooking, Love?
Yeah, that speaks for itself...

Pretzel Buns: PA Country Crafts
I'm pretty sure anything would taste good on these homemade pretzel rolls!

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles: Angela's Adventures
Jell-o + Strawberries + Frozen Lemonade Concentrate = Yumminess!
Check out Angela's blog for the refreshing recipe.

Homemade Butter: Salt Tree
In response to somewhat of a challenge from a friend, Amber decided to make her own butter...and got buttermilk in the process too!

Hope you enjoyed this week's features!  And that you forgive me for being a non-featuring slacker last time around.  Love me anyway?  Well, it's almost time for another great party; see you back here tonight at 9 PM EST to link up your latest and greatest!

Happy Crafting!
