Ok, friends, I need your help. I've been asking you all to do a lot of voting lately and today is no exception. But first, a little background.
Several years ago, my friend Lisa gave me a great idea for a Father's Day gift I could make for hubby.
I purchased wooden letters, "D," "A," and "Y," then photographed Little Crafter {who at the time was a very little crafter indeed!} holding them. I printed them out and framed them so that when you looked at them all together, it spelled DADDY. Hubby looooved it. So much so that this year when I asked him what he wanted for Father's Day, he asked me to update the photos.
Soooo, LC and I got to work. We grabbed Curious George and his soccer ball, two of his most favorite things, and headed to the playground, one of his most favorite places. Here are the shots I know I'm going to use:
You probably noticed there's one missing. I need one more "D" picture to stick in there...the trouble is, I can't pick. Help! Here are the options:
Option 1 Option 2
Option 3
Whaddya think? Leave me a comment below with your opinion to help me choose! Once I get it done, I'll post a pic.
Happy Crafting!

His little squished up face smile just makes me laugh! :) I vote for the slide picture, if you can lighten it a little so you can see his face better, or else the swing picture. What a cute idea!! I wish my hubby went by "daddy", so I could do it, too. He's just "dad" now, actually never really was a "daddy".
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea! I love Option #3, that face is beyond adorable!
ReplyDeleteSorry, I just realized both option 2 & 3 are in the swing, I vote for option 2 if 1 doesn't work. :)
ReplyDeleteThey are all super cute! I love option #2.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea. I vote number 3 x
ReplyDeleteGreat idea. #3 gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteNice idea. I've had something sinilar for my birthday today. Option 3.
ReplyDeleteI choose option #3....that face is just too cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI choose #3 also - I think it would look great with the other pics you've already chosen.
ReplyDeleteI really like option two!
ReplyDeleteOption #3 because it matches the lighting of the other shots you picked and because it is a cute expression.
ReplyDelete#2!!! (however, you know your kid's expressions best, so I say use whichever one seems most like "him")
ReplyDeleteI love this idea! So cute!! I like option 2! :o)
ReplyDeleteOption 3, he looks beyond cute!
ReplyDeleteHi Amy, you gotta go with Option #3, what a cute picture.
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha, i don't know how to get my pic to show up. Oh, what a goof!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Option 3 is my choice...it almost looks like he's kissing the letter! :)
ReplyDeleteDeffo option 2 for me :)

#3...your LC is adorable. What a great gift. I've always wanted to do something similar but worried how it would look with just one child..but yours looks great with just your LC...must try!
ReplyDeleteI love that you are making a new one...the first one is precious...but this one will be adorable...He really is growing up...I love all the pictures, but #3 is my favorite...his daddy will love it...
ReplyDelete#3 for sure! Super cute!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this idea! I think the one that fits in with the rest the best is #2. so I vote 2 :)
ReplyDeleteOption 3!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea! All the pics are adorable, but my pick is the "kiss"...so sweet! I may have to use this for my sweet honey.
ReplyDeleteI like option #2 the best - he almost looks like he is asking a question & at the age he looks to be you might be seeing this face a lot! So it would be cute to have the memory of this expression framed. However, he is adorable and he's yours so there is no bad choice here at all!!!
ReplyDeleteLove them all, but number 3 is my favorite. That would be a great gift idea for Poppy too.
ReplyDeleteI vote for #3.

Super cute Amy!
ReplyDeleteOh, gosh, what an adorable idea! I vote for #3 because his expression is different from all the other pics. Love the eyelashes and the poochy lips. :)
ReplyDeleteI love #2! :) He's a cutie Amy!
