Top 10 Thursday!

Whew, friends, this week is flyin’ by!  I’ve been so caught up in getting One Crafty Contest organized that Thursday snuck up on me!
{Meanwhile, stop by on Saturday to see who all of our fabulous prize sponsors are, and come back Monday to meet the judges!}
Anyway, I’m excited to show you a few of my favorite things from last week’s party…so without further ado, I present:

FOR THE HOME
Striped Bathroom Reveal: Live Love DIY
I just have to go on the record here saying that I love every single thing about this redo!  The stripes, the colors, the bird art, and the way Virginia spray painted her old faucet to look like brushed nickel…you are really going to want to see all the pics!
“Dream Big” Pillow: Daisy Mae Belle
How sweet and gorgeous is this pillow?  Every time I see the pic it makes me smile {and want to make myself one}!
Rainbow Quilt: Scrapendipity Designs
This just takes my breath way…the way the colors fade into each other and make a beautiful rainbow…aah!  I think I love it extra because I’m so intimidated by quilting.  Well done!
FOR YOU
Summer Jewelry: Tumblestone Handmakery
Yellow is so my favorite color for this spring and summer.  It adds such a pop of sunshine to any day {and any outfit}!  I think I need these in my jewelry collection…
FOR THE KIDS
Favorite Things Paintings: Cheap Crafty Mama
Do your kids’ tastes change ten times a day?  LC’s do too…that’s why I love this idea.  Kate painted four of her son’s favorite things on these canvases {didn’t she do an aMAzing job?!} and later she can switch them out for new favorites as he grows.
Yoda t-shirt: Homemade This and That
This one just makes me giggle.  What little man doesn’t want a Yoda shirt?  In fact, I know a few big men who might wear it too…
FOR THE TUMMY
Chai Latte Scones: Mo’ Betta
Mmm…I love me a good chai, and these scones sound just delicious!  Check out the recipe!
Baked Cinnamon Breakfast Bites: The Rickett Chronicles
LC and I are cinnamon-sugar-ahaulics, so as soon as I saw this recipe, I pinned that baby so we can try them {soon}!
FOR THE GARDEN
Painted Flowerpots: Practically Functional
As soon as I saw this link, I knew I was going to do this with my flowerpots this year.  LC and I actually just finished planting our herbs in them…you can check ours out here!  Thanks for the inspiration, Jessi!
Painted terra cotta flower pots
Growing Succulents: ‘a casarella
If you’re like me and have a “black thumb” instead of a “green thumb,” this post is for you!  Learn about how easy it is to care for succulents {and how hard it is to kill them}.
