How in the world is Christmas only 16 days away?! It sure feels like December is flying by this year!
We've been doing lots of fun family activities to help us prepare for the holiday, one of which was watching the Grinch {the old cartoon one!} together last night. Little Crafter kept asking me questions like, "Why is he taking all their stuff?" I explained that the Grinch thought Christmas wouldn't come without all the decorations and gifts and I asked Little Crafter if he thought that was true. We talked about what Christmas is really about, Baby Jesus, and I asked him if he thought we could still celebrate Jesus' birth without a tree or any gifts at all. He said yes, we could {yay, LC!} and then he asked me, "Mommy, why doesn't the Grinch know about Baby Jesus?" Oh, the sweet innocence of a child. In an effort to remind all of us what Christmas is really about, I picked my favorite prophecy from the book of Isaiah about the Messiah and made these free 8x10 printables.
I hope you enjoy them as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Prince of Peace.

Love these! Thanks for sharing!!December IS flying by for sure! Have a great weekend!
