Giveaways are awfully popular out here in blogland
...in fact, there's one going on here at OAM right now!

You do a few things, leave comments about them, and if you're lucky, you win really cool stuff!
In the past six months, I've won two necklaces, a pair of earrings, several fabric flower headbands, a fun photo print, and some stamped notecards just by entering various giveaways I've come across.
But tomorrow, I'm trying something new.
Different.
Special.
One Artsy Mama is hosting its very first un-giveaway.
What?
What in the world is an UN-giveaway?
I'm glad you asked.
An un-giveaway functions much like a silent auction. I have something special and handmade that I'd like to give away, but to win, instead of randomly choosing a winner, the item will go to the highest bidder.
And here's the best part. The money? It all {yes, ALL} goes to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to help find a cure for breast cancer. Basically, here's how it works. Tomorrow, I will share with you the item up for grabs. If you're interested in owning it and in helping support the fight against breast cancer at the same time, all you have to do is leave a comment on that post {not this one, THAT one} telling me how much you're willing to donate to the cause. That's it! Then, check back and if someone outbid you and you're willing to go higher, you can comment again with a new bid {increasing in $5 increments}. On Sunday, the bidding closes at midnight and the high bidder wins. Sound good?
Good.
And I have another special announcement. I'm not the only one offering up something you can bid on!
The ladies at these fabulous blogs are playing along too, so be sure you check them out tomorrow to see what's up for grabs! You won't be disappointed!
