Today's first giveaway comes from Amanda at Scrap Project 365.
Here's a little background:
"I have been crafting since I was a kid and love working on family scrapbooks, handmade cards and crochet. For the past year I have really focused on learning more about crochet and all the MANY things that can be created in that arena. I try to do something creative everyday whether it's a written pattern or an original creation - it keeps me sane!"
I actually just "met" Amanda when she contacted me about helping to celebrate my milestones by offering a giveaway. I was anxious to hop on over to her FB page and see some of her creations...and look what I found!

Squeeeal! These baby octopuses, octopi, octopus,...this baby octopus and his friends are just the cutest, aren't they?! They make me smile...and I know a certain Little Crafter who would go crazy for a blue one. I better not show him this pic or he'll be squeaking, "I want dat, I want dat octopuf, Mommy."

And look at this monster! A certain little someone I know would have that on his wish list too.
Man, I know how to crochet, but all I make are blankets...Amanda's got me beat in the cool toy department! Anyway, today, she's offering a giveaway a little more suited for us grownups {although I have to admit, I would totally keep an octopus for myself}. Take a look at this nifty soda can cozy. She made the pattern up herself.

The winner of this cozy will get to request custom colors and can also choose whether it's to fit a soda can or a water bottle. I'm thinking I'd pick purple and black for my Ravens; it would be great for when you're watching the game, whether you're tailgating or just have your tail on the couch like me because ticket prices are through the roof. But I digress...want to enter?

ReplyDeleteHi Amy, I see you are a lover of books, I was wondering if you listen to Elaine Charles's radio show called 'The Book Report' that is played on air on Sundays. She interviews prominent authors and gives book reviews of the latest books and you get to know more about the authors and how they researched the info for their books. If you want to know more about the times and what radio station just check out her website: bookreportradio.com.
