Up for the Challenge?

Have you ever just sat at your craft table and wished someone would tell you what to do?

I sure have!  Sometimes I look at my box of beads and get so overwhelmed I don't know where to start, or I look at a blank canvas and just can't decide what to do with it.  {No wonder I love Pinterest and blog hopping so much; I get so many great ideas that I can turn into realities!}

I thought that maybe if you're anything like me, you might want to play along with a little craft challenge I came up with.  Here's how it's going to work:

Starting in September, once a week I will post a Challenge Theme.  For example: a fall centerpiece, a piece of fall inspired jewelry, fall home decor, a fall recipe, a fall kids' activity, a fall photograph... you get the idea!  I'll show a few ideas, either my own or from Pinterest and then the ball's in your court.

During the week, you can make or do something that fits into the category.  You can either do something original or make your own version of one of my examples and post about it on your own blog { you can also post about something you have already made at another time if it fits the topic }.  Just add my button to your post to show that you're playing along.

The next week, I'll feature some of my favorites!  If you want to be considered for a feature, just leave a comment on my original post or send me an email so I know to come check out what you made.  Don't have your own blog?  No worries!  You can send me pics via email if you'd like the chance to have your project featured on One Artsy Mama. :) 

You can play along every week, or only on certain weeks when you have the time, or whatever works best for you!  I think it'll be a lot of fun and will help us all with a little inspiration and motivation for our fall crafting.  What do you think?
